Bio
Holly Bea Williams was born and raised in Boone, Iowa were she found her love and passion for dance. Williams attended Luther College where she received double majors in dance and business management. After graduation Holly pursued her life long dream of opening a dance studio.
Artist Statement
Movement Fundamentals has had a lasting impression on my daily life and has taught me how to find the importance in things both large and small. I use Movement Fundamentals in my daily life as a check in and constant reminder to embrace my surroundings and find comfort in the unknown. I integrate aspects of Movement Fundamentals into my dance classes to help show dancers the importance of understanding their tool, the body, so that they can use it to its fullest capabilities.
